When someone writes or says 'Lets have the truth' - it implies that there has been another version which is not. Anyway, for the sake of some who could not understand the ethics and proctocols of an examination, I reproduce the 'Instructions to Candidates ' printed on the cover of every examinations question bookets . Again for the information of those concerned, you are EXPECTED to read and understand the instruction and the repercussion of breaking these rules.
Surely sometime in your life since joining the CCSP you would have read these instructions. And surely it can't be THAT difficult to remember them And surely once you have read and understood them (its simple enough), then, and only then perhaps you can skip the reading and go straight to doing your exam !!!

sir, i think if u post the question instead of instruction, perhaps there will be no more cheating in exam.. haaha.. just kidding.. well, most of the candidate didnt even read the front page instruction.. they'll just write down their name and start to answer the question.. its good to remind them here.. =D

Your second point--- if you don't have the intention to cheat, or not stupid enough to be caught ---than its ok not to read it I guess. But if it happened---then just face the music !!
With regard to reminding them--- do we need to remind them of holidays as well ??

Exactly. The things people do to prove to the world they are not guilty ! They usually create other problems with the hope of covering up their own error. This is a cheap trick employed by politicians and the likes as shown in history.
