Marxist (the spelling is deliberate).... my phone service provider has GOT to be the worst in Malaysia ! Remember my problems with them ( zero signal with no automatic roaming ) when I crossed the border into Singapore last week-end ?
Well they have outdone themselves !!!
Yesterday (Saturday) , I sent some mms at about 4.00pm and when I discovered that by 7.00pm none of my 6 mms was delivered, I called the customer service. After the normal protocol , I was told that they had a breakdown in their GPRS service and then quickly corrected himself by saying they are UPGRADING THE SYSTEM !!! Gosh ! Should we feel ever so grateful for this 'upgrading' . All I wanted was to send my mms. I don't want to transmit a digital tv programme from my phone !!
Worst still, we were never informed of this BREAKDOWN ( lets not use the other word ) . Normally we get all sort of messages from them regarding new services and so on and so on and all the spam smses.
I'm checking to see if I can change to another service provider but maintaing my old number with no extra charges !!!
Any info on this anyone ?? I AM MAAAAD !!!!!!!

If you get the pigeons to send your mms, i bet they'll do a better job than Marxist.
Thats not fair. Should get a pigeon with two injured wings, then that would be fair competition to Marxist !!
yes you can.. just go to any digi centre.. DIGI always the smarter choice :)

I've discussed with friends and its going to be Celcom for me ! Been with Marxist for 10 years and I guess they have stagnated( in terms of customer service) compared to the other operators.
