Today a student asked me, " Other than a rodent, what is the meaning of 'rat' ? " She said that it was used in a movie when someone refers the word to a person. According to dictionary.com..
The above is clear enough. Talking about 'rats' ( not the rodent) this species could be anywhere. Rats would stab a knife and betray anybody for any rewards. Anything from a simple school-boy group to life in an office to international espionage ! In any movie ( or even real life) this species of human is always regarded as the lowest dirt-bag or scum and especially in stories of gangsterism, suspected 'rats' would die a terrible death.

I'm with you on that helas ! Doesn't matter white ones, yellow ones brown ones , black ones, fat ones, thin ones, young ones old ones .... whatever shape and sizes, rats alwats give me the creep.... especially when you see them at eating places !
i came through this situation where a friend of mine asking "why does KL's rat so big... scary thou..." i asked her back "at your place, the rat look smaller?" and she answered "yea..tiny mice"..
probably kl rat having b'fast, lunch, dinner and not to forget supper.. =D
sir...the rat can be any colour and size...once they bite u know what that means... we should prepared ourself with "racun tikus" so that it cannot hurt us and eat our food... heheheh........
yes---any colour and size---like glow in the dark bowling balls ! from 9 pounder to 16 pounder---especially the 16 pounders ---!
