why not 2nd pict? a day trip will do. at least u've skipped the accomodation expenses.
1. the malaysian passport with 2 years validity is only rm100
2. travel to s'pore by train (Senandung Malam Express) depart @ 2230hrs and arrive @ 0800hrs. Ticket is priced between RM40-RM46 (1 way).
3. return to kl by air asia. take the evening flight @ 1910 hrs and arrive LCCT at 2000hrs. i checked the website last night. ticket cost @ SGD 33 (apprx. RM 79.20)
sir, i guess i should take opportunity to experience the night life in s'pore.
a colleague suggested me to rsv a room under the company's happy program :)

Thanks aida. The suggestion is tempting but I thought perhaps a night there would be quite an experience . But the trip home sounds good !
i hvn't survey the budget accomodation in s'pore.
but as for my 2 days trip to s'pore which is been planned next month, i'll take the night train to s'pore.
from tanjung bungah railway stn, i'll go straight to universal studios.
to cross the causeway, i'll take the shuttle svc (provided by the zone johore) and stay in the zone for 1 night.
the following morning, i'll cross the causeway and head to the national museum and do some free & easy stuffs b4 i take the mrt to changi.
Thanks aida. I'll give it a thought.
