The mad Never ending torture - or the acronym TmNet, --thats what I went through a few weeks ago. I do not know which is worse, being without internet , or having to listen to the ugliest sound over and over again for a few hours.
However when the technician did come to my house , I have to say that they are nice, polite and most of all effective in solving the problem.
This is what I had to go through and hope will never have to again in future.

hahaha same as what i gone through.... called bout 10 time, just keep getting the answering machine with annoying music...fed up btul....
