Cocoons and bourganvillea thorns.....

Dropped in my sister's place after office and Iain mentioned about this cocoon that he found among the leaves of a plant in the garden. He wanted to highlight it to pickled herring as this is just the type of subject that she would photograph. Anyway, here it is --it looked like tiny twigs of the same length had been bundled and held together to form a kind of a nest.

Sorry if it wasn't sharp as I was fighting the thorns from the bougainvillea plants from puncturing my skin, ripping my shirt and scratching the camera.  But it was worth it - inspite of the blurred image.

Sunnysideup, another subject you can capture with your new toy is Datin Ridsect in curlers early in the morning kekeke...
