People (?) In The Train.

I received the above picture via e-mail. Note the figure in the background showing an infant sleeping in the mother's are. Can you imagine the poor mother had to stand with a sleeping baby while normal, healthy and youg people are sitting ? They CHOSE to ignore the poor mother. One even pretended to sleep !...and nearest to the camera is ....a MAN !

This is a normal scene on our trains ! The majority of the passengers are not sensitive. The feeling for the needy, the fellow human beings are dead.

Common sense, manners, decorum, protocol and simple sense of acknowledgement for good deeds or help given are all dead ! The above picture is a manifestation of the all negative attribute which I mentioned in the previous sentence. Is there hope for us ?

Of course there are exceptions, but these are rare, few and far in between.

I reproduce what I posted sometime ago.

"People You meet In The Train.....

Someone once wrote about the horrible people she met on the train. I would like to contribute my own experience on board the trains in Kuala Lumpur.

There was a time when I take the train to commute to work. Normally by about 7.00am , I would be at the station waiting for the then Putra line to take me to the Central Market Station.

Of course by the time the train arrived, it would have been sardine-packed..And the best part is that you need not walk into the train. Just be there and somehow the crowd would guide you and before you knew it you are squeezed into the train struggling to find something to hold on to.

Once you are in the train, that’s when you would be zapped into another world. But at least in the morning your nose would not be invaded by the odor that pervades in the carriage in the evening rush hour .

For now, let me tell you just two examples of characters that I had had the unfortunate opportunity to meet.

The Lecherous One.
He is short, medium built, wearing a shirt and loose trousers.

I am fortunate to be tall and so I could have a pretty good overhead view of the carriage.

When he came in, I thought he was rather fussy about wanting to be in a certain spot in the train. Then I noticed that he was standing next to a young woman. That is still ok to me. After all it is a small area.

Next I noticed the woman giving him an obviously angry look and moving away from him. Of course he swayed his body and inched his way near her again.
That’s when I saw what he was up to.

He had his right hand in his trousers pocket and was using his elbow to touch the woman’s waist. HOW SICK CAN YOU GET !!

Anyway I decided to do something. Moving near him , I stepped on one of his shoes and really applied pressure on his toes.
Looking down at him , I gave him a slight smile without releasing the pressure on his toes. He knew then that his secret was out.Soon he moved to another spot and I simply followed him. I was having fun. Anyway he got out at the next station, which I am sure , wasn’t his stop.

The Sleeping Ugly
It was an afternoon I felt like throwing up – on the sleeping ugly if I could.

While traveling, the train stopped and three blind men came in with their bags. There were no more seats available but they were all occupied by women and children except for a row of seats which was occupied by a family -- the husband, wife and two children.

The three blind men later sat on the floor while holding on to their bags.

Next---be ready for the most disgusting thing that can and ever happen anywhere in the world !

The father who was with the family, all of a sudden fell asleep. He was hanging his head down as if in deep sleep AND sending the message to everyone looking at him that ,
’ Hey, don’t look at me. I didn’t see the three blind men sitting on the floor next to my feet. I’m sleeping. See—I’m sleeping .’

That’s the time I wish I could vomit on him.

There are other horrible passengers but this one really should be given the “Worst Passenger Award” The prize – a job in a Home For The Blind.

separated in different world.especially the people in the train, most of them only know to think bout themselves.don't even bother whos at the surrounding.nowdays i rather stand than trying to get a sit.especially the youngster nowdays rushing to enter the train.is common sense, need to wait for the people to come out first before we enter the train.

I especially hate it when young kids enter the train at the KLCC station. They have this funny idea that it is cool to be nasty to the public. Young punks, usually on saturday evenings, will be shouting and making a menace of themselves. They deserve to be caned on their bloody bottom !

KLCC is better, try Msj Jmk. I literally have to shout the following words every day while i try to get down "Please allow passengers to disembark first before boarding"
